An AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) reads your survey answers to write any follow-up questions and a first plan for our team. It sees your business answers, not your name, email or phone number. Please do not include passwords, account numbers or card details. See the privacy notice.

    In your own words, when it suits you. Skip anything you prefer not to answer.

    We ask what is missing

    An AI assistant reads your answers. If something needs more detail, a few follow-up questions arrive by email, in two rounds at most.

  3. 03

    We plan and talk

    The work is planned from your answers, and you talk it through with Zachary Leyden, Kavalo's founder: at the time you pick, or when he gets in touch.
