Business systems consulting
Before anyone changes software, someone has to see how the work actually moves. We map it with the people who do it, review the tools you have, and give you a roadmap you can carry out with anyone, us included.

Where most work starts
Business systems discovery
For owners and managers who know the current way is costing them, but not yet what to change first. It is a short, fixed engagement that stands on its own: you can take the roadmap and carry it out with anyone.
What you get
- A process map of how work actually moves today, from first contact to payment
- A review of the software you use now: what to keep, connect or retire
- The bottlenecks, in order of what they cost you
- A data and integration assessment: what exists, where, and in what shape
- A prioritized roadmap, each item labeled native, configuration, custom or integration
What we need from you
An hour or two with the owner, short conversations with the people who do the work, and sample data such as a customer list, a few invoices and the current schedule. Never passwords: we set up our own access when there is a reason to.

Advice when you need it
Not every question needs a project.
Choosing software
Which platform fits and why, including when the answer is the software you already have.
A second opinion
On a quote you received, a project that is stuck or a system your team does not use. Answered in writing.
Advice by the hour
Prepaid hours for questions, reviews and decisions, used as you need them.
After the roadmap
Three ways to carry it out
The roadmap is yours. We are glad to do the work, and just as glad to see it done well by someone else.
Start with how your week runs
The free consultation is with the founder. It ends with a clear next step, whether or not it involves Kavalo.
