Privacy
Cookie policy
What this website keeps in your browser, why, and how to change your choice. It follows our privacy notice, which explains the rest of what we do with information.
Cookies the site sets itself
These keep the site working. They are set by Kavalo's own website, not by another company, and are used for nothing else.
| Cookie | What it is for | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
| session_id | Keeps your visit working, for example while you fill in a form or book a time | 7 days |
| frontend_lang | Remembers your language | 1 year |
| tz | Remembers your time zone, so times show correctly | Until you close your browser |
| website_cookies_bar | Remembers your choice in the cookie banner | About 13 months |
Your browser's storage
The site also keeps a few settings in your browser's storage, for the site's chat. If you came to the site from a link or an ad with campaign tags in its address, it keeps those tags for that browser tab only, and passes them to our signup site if you choose to start Front Office, so we can tell which link or ad brought a customer. They name the link or the ad, not you, and they are gone when you close the tab.
Analytics, only if you agree
If you choose "I agree" in the cookie banner, we also use a website analytics service from another company to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and the pages you visit. If you choose "Only essentials", or until you choose, it does not run.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we let no other company track you across websites for advertising.
Changing your choice
Use "Update Cookie Preferences" at the bottom of every page, or the button below. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, though forms, bookings and signing in may not work without them.
The Kavalo app
The Kavalo app, which our self-serve plans run on, has its own cookies and tools. Our privacy notice explains them.
