What each plan includes, and what you set up
You start from a template for your kind of operation, not a blank page. Some parts only work once you have done your part, and texting depends on the phone carriers. When your account is ready, you get an email to activate it.
On every plan, you do these first
- Fill in your business details: name, phone, email, address, hours, prices, service area, cancellation policy, and your review, social and directions links. Until you do, the template shows sample text in their place.
- Put yourself or a staff member on the booking calendars, so someone is told when a booking comes in.

Texting takes the longest
Texting needs a phone number and a one-time business texting registration with the carriers, started from your account. Approval usually takes a few days and can take a few weeks, and the registration fees are passed through at cost.

Do I need to talk to anyone first?
No. Pick your kind of operation and a plan, and pay by card. If you would rather talk it through first, book a free consultation.
What does the Website plan not include?
It is your website, a booking calendar and a contact form. It has no customer list, no texting and no AI: the customer list and texts start with Essentials, AI with Autopilot, and the AI phone with AI Ranch Hand.
Is there a free trial?
Essentials starts with a 14-day trial. From our terms of service: "If a plan starts with a trial, we tell you how long it lasts and what the plan costs before you start. It becomes a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first."
How do I cancel?
From our terms of service: "You can cancel a plan at any time, in the app where it offers this, or by telling us through the contact page or by email. It ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a period."
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt by email, and an email to activate your account when it is set up. Then you log in at app.kavalo.ai. What to do first explains each step.

Front Office plans do not include time with a Kavalo person; buy prepaid hours or move up to a Kavalo service. Both are on the pricing page. Or choose White Glove, where Kavalo people set it up and run it with you.
